At Awabrix, we aim to provide reliable wholesale products with a focus on quality, value, and customer satisfaction. Every order is handled with care to ensure that products are packed, processed, and delivered according to our service standards.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, we provide a structured return process to resolve the matter fairly and efficiently.
02. Return Eligibility
Awabrix offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and returned with all original packaging, labels, accessories, and seals intact.
Returns may be accepted only if:
- The item received is damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The item does not match the confirmed order details
Customers must provide proof of purchase, order details, and clear images of the product issue when requesting a return.
03. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain product categories are not eligible for return once opened, used, or unsealed.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Grocery and gourmet food products once opened or unsealed
- Beauty and skincare products once opened, used, or seal-broken
- Pet supplies that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery
- Personal care items
- Clearance, final sale, or discounted items
- Customized, special order, or bulk-requested products
- Products without original packaging, tags, labels, or seals
Awabrix reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return eligibility standards.
04. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact Awabrix customer support within the eligible return period.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Full name and contact details
- Reason for return
- Clear photos or videos of the product issue
- Proof of purchase
After reviewing your request, our team will confirm whether the item qualifies for return and provide further instructions for sending the product back.
05. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Awabrix, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Returned products must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Awabrix is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed by the shipping carrier.
06. Inspection & Approval
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected by our team. The inspection process helps confirm whether the product is unused, unopened, undamaged, and eligible for return.
If the item passes inspection, Awabrix may approve a refund, replacement, or exchange depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
If the item does not meet our return conditions, the return request may be rejected.
07. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.
Shipping fees, handling charges, and other service fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Awabrix.
08. Exchanges & Replacements
If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Awabrix may offer a replacement or exchange where available. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution or refund after review.
09. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
For wholesale and bulk orders, return eligibility may depend on the product type, quantity, supplier terms, and order condition. Large quantity returns may require additional review before approval.
Awabrix reserves the right to limit or refuse returns on bulk orders where products were correctly supplied and delivered as confirmed.
